Greetings Dancers:

Yes, Line Dance Lessons are this week July 5 at the VFW on Old Jacksonville Rd in Spfld. IL. There will be no Line Dance Lessons on July 12. I will be out of town but back for lessons on July 19 and every week on Wednesdays. 

Beginner lessons 6-7

Improver/Intermediate 7-7:30

Reviews & Flow Dances 7:30-8

Open Dancing with requests 8-9 or later

Well, my dear Friends, let's get together, get some exercise mentally and physically, and enjoy the marvelous life we have been given!

 Remember this is the best exercise you can get. It helps your mind, your psychi, and your body. If anything is bothering me when I show up, it is gone when I leave and most of the time I don't even know what it was. The price is right... $5 for the evening.
