Message From Marilyn Ferry All About Dance Lessons Dec 2 Dec 16 Dec 23 Dec 30 This lesson series will focus on Review & Growth in West Coast Swing from 6-7:00. Second hour, 7-8:00 we will be expanding our knowledge of the Imperial Swing that has originated in St. Louis. This swing dance is a combination of East Coast Swing & West Coast Swing. I really think you'll like it. Partner rotation allows everyone to learn faster, easier, & become better leads and follows. Third hour allows us to practice with each other and our partners. Time 7-10:00 Cost $6   Saturday Night, December 1th VFW Spfld 2011 Old Jacksonville Rd   Mix-It-Up Dance put on by myself Marilyn Ferry and Gene and Sharon Weiser The dance I will be teaching is Jingle Bell Rock Mixer from 7-7:30. Open dancing will begin at 7:30 until 11:00. We love it all....so let's get together and do it all....Waltz, West Coast Swing, Foxtrot, Rumba, Tango, Triple Swing, Electric Slide, Cupid Shuffle, Etc.!!!!!   This will be the Holiday Dance..... wear your Jingle Bell Rock attire (optional). Any type of bell or bell decoration enters you in the exclusive contest with prizes.   Some snacks will be provided and you may bring your own.   And since this is the Christmas Dance, it is ok to bring cheese, sausage, dips, etc.,   Please no outside beverages, they must be purchased at the bar. Yeah!!! This Wednesday evening(tonight Nov 28 at 6:30 review more difficult..7:00 official lessons) we will be dancing at the VFW in Spfld as usual and also celebrating Lora Ferry's birthday with cake. Yes Dancing Before Thanksgiving!!!   Plan on Dancing Tonight at the VFW Springfield from 6:30-10:00PM     Today November 21, 2012 we will be at the VFW reviewing some of the more difficult dances from 6:30-7. We will then learn a nice dance called Jingle Bell Rock.
